Washington, D.C. & Maryland — Hamlin H.O.P.E. (Housing Opportunity & Property Empowerment), a nonprofit organization founded by Chesarae and Khristopher Hamlin, officially launches its mission to create housing stability and economic empowerment for low-income and underserved families across the DMV region.

With a bold vision rooted in service, Hamlin H.O.P.E. is focused on acquiring and rehabilitating vacant or distressed properties and turning them into safe, affordable homes for families in need.

• Chesarae Hamlin, President – A passionate advocate for family, equity, and community impact. Chesarae brings heart and leadership to every corner of Hamlin H.O.P.E.’s operations.
• Khristopher Hamlin, Chief Operating Officer – A veteran real estate professional and community leader with decades of experience in property acquisition, management, and affordable housing strategies.
